Context

Sodexo UK & Ireland has long been a leader in sustainability and social value, with teams working across diverse sectors and client sites. Yet with such a large organisation, great ideas and initiatives were often happening in pockets  disconnected from each other and sometimes invisible beyond local teams.

FuturePlanet partnered with Sodexo to address this challenge: to connect changemakers across the business, create shared understanding, and build a Community of Practice where collaboration and learning could thrive.

In collaboration with Sodexo UK and Ireland, Future Planet have co-created a community of practice with the intention of bringing together ESG, procurement, supply chain and sustainability leaders from Sodexo's clients and suppliers in regular curated events and online.

Community of Practice is a:

✚ Safe space where participants join as equals to support each other
✚ Share knowledge on achieving net zero, nature and social impact goals
✚ Foster collaboration and co-creation with commercial partners
