With more than a decade at Sodexo and a background in environment for business, she focuses on embedding science-based targets, collaborating with clients and suppliers, and using initiatives like the Stop Hunger Foundation to tackle food insecurity and support vulnerable communities. Recognised with a Special Achievement Award at the 2025 Footprint Awards.

In addition to working towards net zero carbon, Alex seeks to stamp out modern slavery in the healthcare supply chain, as well as deliver social value and ensure local communities benefit from health care spend.

Previously Vice President of Sustainability Solutions, Capgemini Invent and Global Head of Sustainable Technology at Unilever.
Robin Sundaram
Previously Community Regeneration Lead at Nestle, and before that responsible sourcing manager Robin has 26 years and 11 roles of experience at Nestlé and has helped to create and deliver Nestlé's Procurement for Good strategy, with a focus on working with suppliers, all the way back to farmers, to improve Nestles social and environmental impact. Special Achievement award at the Footprint Awards 2023 for his “outstanding contribution to global responsible sourcing guidelines and supplier-engagement commitments” over the last 30 years.

Sarah is a commercial marketing and transformation leader, previously serving as Commercial and Marketing Directof for the CIPD and Chief Marketing Officer and Membership Director at GS1 UK while holding non-executive and mentoring roles that support better data, governance and growth for SMEs. She brings deep experience across B2C, B2B and B2B2C sectors, using customer insight, digital innovation and change management to deliver profitable growth, high-performing teams and more transparent, customer-centric organisations.
